Most resources in the CDL Helpline portal require users to be logged in. You can easily create a new account using the Sign up link in the site navigation.
If you are a campus partner who needs visibility into all Helpline tickets, or a courier management partner, your account will need to be provisioned with additional permissions. Please submit a support request via the portal and a member of the Helpline team will assist you.
