Most resources in the CDL Helpline portal require users to be logged in. Anyone may create a new customer account using the Sign up link in the site navigation.
If you are a campus partner who needs visibility into all Helpline tickets, or a courier management partner, your account will need to be provisioned with additional permissions. Please submit a support request via the portal and a member of the Helpline team will assist you.
Common Issues related to this:
Freshdesk is not letting me establish an account using my e-mail. What should I do?
This sometimes happens when users had an existing account (that has not been verified via an activation e-mail). Please contact kristen.chua@ucop.edu in this case, Kristen Chua will send you a Freshdesk account activation e-mail to activate your account and restore access to Freshdesk.
