Using the Collaborator Portal

UC Campus partners who need to monitor all CDL Helpline tickets will do so via the Collaborator Portal.

The Collaborator Portal dashboard

When visiting, users with the collaborator role will arrive at the Collaborator Portal Dashboard. From this page, collaborators can access, via the sidebar,:

1. Tickets - this screen will display all CDL Helpline tickets, and provides tools to filter and sort those tickets. You can click on any ticket's subject line to view more information.

2. Contact Information - Contact card information for users who have previously submitted tickets, or who have accounts in the system.

3. Solutions articles - Documentation, such as this, is available in the Solutions section.

Important: Collaborators will always be redirected to the Collaborator Portal, instead of the public CDL Helpline portal when logged in. If you need to return to the public CDL Helpline portal at any time, use this link, or select your profile icon in the upper-right corner of the screen and then select 'Go to customer portal.'
